We spoke to Require setting out our (very) specific requirements for two professional positions we wanted to fill. As a firm of chartered accountants our requirements for staff are very different from companies who employ accounting staff in their finance department.
It was this point that really impressed us - Require Recruitment understood our needs exactly. This meant that we did not have to waste our time trawling through applications that were totally inappropriate to the positions we were trying to fill.

Finally, I must comment on the "after sales" service. Unlike some agencies you hear nothing from them after the appointment of a staff member. Not so with Require! Liam made contact on a regular basis over the first couple of months just to make sure that the new employees were getting on ok with their job AND that they were settling in with the rest of our team - which they both did admirably.
It is refreshing to deal with a company who cares about their staff and the appointments they make - I very much enjoy dealing with them.
